This is what is the "backbones" of any of our prompting setups and is needed on every job. In summary, consisting of a twin MacBook setup running fully editable prompting software, with switching and additional input capability. 4 x Way Split distribution using SDI-HDMI and local monitoring.
A fully trained technician to set-up and operate your prompting needs - either in client offices, or on site.
(Based on 10hr on-site days)
We appreciate that every job is different and has additional costs that may be incurred due to location, subsistence or accommodation.
We will always work with the client prior to any event to discuss these costs so that there are no surprises during or after the event.
Our twin screen set-up is ideal for a simple single presenter at a lectern setup. This comprise the two poles with hi-brightness monitors, glass, surrounds, as well as local signal and power distribution.
We always have "spare" glass with us on every job should any unfortunate mishaps occur.
Should there be a second lectern requirement, then an additional 2 x screens, identical in setup to the first pair, can be added - again, including linked distribution.
Please note that all our poles are non-motorised but fully adjustable in height and angle to suit presenter needs.
We offer a range of solutions to fit in with client and equipment needs.
Using ultra hi-brightness 17" monitors, professional large beamsplitter glass, and a fully flexible 15mm rod based camera mount rig, this is easily integrated in to the client's existing camera/tripod setup using SDI-HDMI signal distribution to screen and power.
We will always try to determine as much technical information about a setup prior to the event, to minimise and problems.
A standard 17" TFT monitor with 15mm rod rigging can be added to the main rig as a return feed to the presenter.
This HDMI monitor can be "fed" with any content that the client can distribute and can work as a solution to many of the concerns faced in corporate events, such as subtly getting messages to a presenter or running a timer/clock, or showing the camera TX / stream.
These can be used individually and do not need to be on every camera setup.
As well as full-blown studio setups, we also provide much smaller prompting screen setups, where requirements are simpler or there are space constraints.
We offer iPad based setups, or systems more suited to DSLR usage.
Whatever this setup, the main core of our system remains the same, and allows for flexibility at every level.
