What we do differently
At corPROMPT we understand the corporate events industry and how every job is different to the last one, and that it is the ability to adapt to these demands that can make the difference between a good event and an excellent one.
Our setups are not a simple "one-size fits all" and we offer options along with the basic prompting requirements to ease the show flow.
Our prompting feeds are run through a switcher, which allows for simple and safe switching between the main and backup scripts that we always run on two separate computers. It also allows for additional client feeds to be put in to the switcher, such as a stream-feed, a clock/timer, or messages that can be shown on screen
Our ultra hi-brightness monitors do the mirroring built in, so any additional content can be shown to the presenter exactly right.
This flexibility makes the system useful still even for when presenters are not using scripts or if a more bespoke layout is required.
The prompting feed can also be easily integrated into existing AV architecture on site, to allow for distribution such to comfort monitors, client screens or backstage monitors. This alone can provide a cost effective way of adding prompting to the existing setup.
