Yes. All prices are exclusive of VAT at the current presiding rate.

We generally accept a travel time of 1½ hours to and from site to be acceptable as work travel and not part of the prompting shift. Anything over this can be discussed and agreed prior to a job. As ever, we appreciate the need for flexibility sometimes in the corporate events sector, and treat each job individually.

Overtime is calculated in ½ day increments. We will endeavour to find out the exact hours required by technicians way before the job starts, but as ever we appreciate that timings in the corporate events market can sometimes be very dynamic. We will alway engage in discussion should any situation arise and aim to be fair and understanding at all times, as well as be fairly treated.

The core system runs with 2 x MacBooks running in parallel with scripting software. We also bring spare beamsplitter glass and spare monitors and additional cables to what is prepped. 

As part of the corporate events sector, we understand that accommodation is sometimes out of the direct client's control. We would once again always ask to be treated fairly and equally, and all accommodation and transport arrangements should be finalised both at the quotation stage, and then again prior to the job.
